*Resident University and Hotel Camp Fees Include Meals & Lodging.

Pricing shown at Hotel Camps & University Camps is for quad occupancy for students and double occupancy for directors. $180 (hotel) or $75 (university) will be added for each room that upgrades from a quad room to a double room for students or for a director room that upgrades from a double room to a single room. These fees are added once the rooming list is submitted for your school. Rooming list configuration guidelines are available here. Rooming lists are required 3 weeks before camp to ensure space. If you have a double room in your rooming list for students, they will share a room with two students from another school unless you request to hold the room as a double with the $180 upgrade fee in hotels or $75 for universities. Please read the guidelines linked above concerning the use of triple rooms. Triple rooms are limited to 2 per school.

Early Arrival fees (do not include meals): At University and Hotel Camps (not Hyatt Hill Country), the early arrival fee is:

  • $35 per student in most hotel quad or triple rooms/ university double rooms
  • $70 per director in most hotel double rooms/ university single rooms
  • When a director upgrades to a single room, the early arrival fee is $140 at most hotels other than Hyatt Hill Country.

Early Arrival at Hyatt Hill Country (do not include meals) will be $50 per student in quad rooms, $65 per student in Triple rooms, $100 per director in double rooms, and $200 per director in Single occupancy rooms.

* Iowa Commuter Pricing includes dinner for first and second day, and lunch for the second and third day.

**Pricing for directors at University camps are priced at double occupancy rooms. Requests for a single room will incur a $75 upgrade fee for private accomodations.

 

 

 



Registration

Online registration is strongly preferred because it automatically fills in pricing for you and it speeds up our efforts to process your registration in the office too.

Do you need to make a change to your registration?
Please just email our office with the change. Duplicate registrations are not helpful. We can adjust your registration and send a new invoice promptly.

Payment Options

You can now pay securely on-line by credit card, school check or purchase order. You also have the option of paying your deposit or full payment.

Registration policies

  1. Register on-line or using our printable camp registration forms. Complete the appropriate registration sections and mail to M. A. with the correct deposit or full payment for each attending individual. If registering online, be sure to mail us the correct deposit or full payment after submitting your form online. To pay team registrations by credit card, please call the MA office between 9:30am and 5:00pm, CST, Monday - Friday. Resident student/director or commuting students deposits will be $100 per person. Commuting director deposits are $75 per person. Full balances may be sent upon registration, mailed in prior to camp, or paid the first day of camp during camp check in. We must have received a camp deposit in our office at least 2 weeks prior to university or commuter camps OR 3 weeks before a hotel camp begins to confirm space.
  2. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received in our office no later than14 days prior to the university camp or 21 days prior to a hotel camp date. All but $50 per person registered will be gladly returned. After that time, camp deposits are TOTALLY NON-REFUNDABLE, as all money has been committed to the university/hotel vendors. Please advise all parents or guardians of this policy.
