Registration policies
- Register on-line or using our printable camp registration forms. Complete the appropriate registration sections and mail to M. A. with the correct deposit or full payment for each attending individual. If registering online, be sure to mail us the correct deposit or full payment after submitting your form online. To pay by credit card, please call the MA office between 9:30am and 5:00pm, CST, Monday - Friday.Resident student/director or commuting students deposits will be $100 per person. Commuting director deposits are $75 per person. Full balances may be sent upon registration, mailed in prior to camp, or paid the first day of camp during camp check in. We must have received a camp deposit in our office at least 10 days prior to the camp date to confirm space.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received in our office no later than 10 days prior to the camp date. All but $50 per person registered will be gladly returned. After that time, camp deposits are TOTALLY NON-REFUNDABLE, as all money has been committed to the university/hotel vendors. Please advise all parents or guardians of this policy.
