Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, New York

All dance officers attending an M.A. Summer Camp will receive a special invite to perform in the highly acclaimed Macy’s Parade in New York City, produced by Spirit Of America. Everyone will be watching as our dancers dazzle millions lining the streets of New York and a record-breaking Thanksgiving Day television audience. Every performer’s dream is to be featured on a major network with commentary by television celebrities. Do not miss the opportunity to experience Thanksgiving in the Big Apple. All Star Performers selected at camp will receive a special invitation to perform at the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl televised on ABC. The trip is in beautiful Orlando, Florida. The tour package includes a trip to Disney World, a Pool Party with live band, Cast Party, and a New Year’s Eve celebration at Universal Studios©. All American Performer Production Fee - $200

Each All American Halftime Show performer is accessed an All American Cast Member Production Fee of $200.00 to encompass the cost of:

  • All American Halftime Show Cast Costume 

  • Performer Prop Rental

  • Choreography Training Materials

  • Production Design

  • Instructional Staff

  • Cast Rehearsal Facilities

  • Production Special F/X, Fees and Royalties

* All American Performer Production Fee is in addition to hotel room occupancy tour package pricing. ONLY All American Halftime Show student performers are subject to the All American Performer Production Fee.

2019-2020 Payment Schedule Dates

September 7 $300 Initial Deposit
October 7 $450 Second Payment
November 7 Balance Final Payment

Please note: Price does not include travel to or from Orlando. Payment schedules are strictly enforced. Please make your check or money order payable to "ESP".

Production Tour Cancellation & Refund Info:

  • Initial deposit of $300 per person is non-refundable. 

  • The second payment of $450 (due October 7th) is refundable until November 7th.

  • No tour refunds will be authorized after November 7th.

  • Any tour cancellation shall result in the forfeiture of all tour amenities including, but not limited to, meals, costumes, gifts, & tickets, etc.

  • Production tour cancellation notices must be in writing and are valid as per U.S. postmark date. 

  • All late payments and returned checks may be assessed a $30.00 service fee.

  • All refunds, regardless of reason for refund, may be assessed a 10% (ten percent) charge of refunded amount as a refund processing fee.
